Account Executive (Sales)-New Construction

This position is responsible for generating customer leads, estimating bids, and managing material and labor for the duration of each job. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humor as well as knowledge of one or more of the following product lines; residential insulation, drywall, pre-fabricated fireplaces, stone veneer, hardware, closet shelving, bath accessories and/or shower doors. Familiarity with blue prints and general computer skills are a must.

Retrofit Insulation Sales Associate

This position is responsible for following up on sales leads, performing home energy audits, providing estimates for recommended work, managing our lead generation service, developing relationships with other trades, overseeing successful completion of installs, managing the budget for each job to maintain good profit levels and ensuring payments are received for work performed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of building science with focus on insulation/air leakage.
• The ability to conduct home energy audits and make recommendations based on the results.
• BPI certification.
• Knowledge of blower door equipment and infrared cameras.
• Good problem solving skills.
• A good sense of humor.
• Driver’s license and general computer skills are a must.

Fireplace Superintendent

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fireplace installation division. Tasks involve managing field personnel, maintaining product inventory, troubleshooting, scheduling, quality control and service calls. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humor and good problem solving skills as well as knowledge of prefabricated gas and wood burning fireplaces. Driver’s license and general computer skills are a must.

Insulation Superintendent

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential insulation division. Tasks involve managing field personnel, maintaining product inventory, customer service, scheduling and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humor and good problem solving skills, as well as a general knowledge of insulation applications and proper installation techniques. Driver’s license and general computer skills are a must.

Afterpaint Superintendent

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our afterpaint division. Tasks involve managing field personal, maintaining product inventory, troubleshooting, scheduling, quality control and service calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good problem solving skills as well as general knowledge of the following product lines:

• Door hardware
• Closet shelving
• Bathroom accessories
• Mirrors
• Shower enclosures

Driver’s license and general computer skills are a must.

Fireplace Installer

This position is required to install pre-fabricated wood and gas fireplaces as well as installing fireplace mantles and surrounds. The ideal candidate will have good problem solving skills as well as experience installing prefabricated gas and wood burning fireplaces. Candidates must also posses a valid driver’s license, must be able to safely work from heights and must provide their own tools. Experience is preferred but we would be willing to train the right person with comparable experience.

Fiberglass Insulation Installer

This position requires applicants that have experience installing fiberglass batt insulation, loose fill insulation or persons familiar with weatherization work. Drivers license with current DOT card preferred. We would be willing to train any candidate that has comparable work experience in another construction trade. This is a piece work position. Salary is dependent on quantity and quality of work performed.

Spray Foam Installer

Applicants for this position must be experienced with all aspects of installing spray applied urethane foam insulation as well as maintaining the equipment used to install this product. Drivers license with current DOT card preferred. We would be willing to train any candidate that has comparable work experience in another construction trade. Only highly motivated, detail oriented persons should apply. This is a piece work position. Salary is dependent on quantity and quality of work performed.

Afterpaint Installer

This position is for experienced installers for the following products: wire or melamine closet shelving, door hardware, bath accessories, mirrors and shower enclosures. Ideal candidate would have experience installing any or all products mentioned. A valid drivers license is preferred. This position requires a person with exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills. This is a piece work position and salary is dependent on quantity and quality of work performed.
